1. What is a medical spa?
A medical spa, or medspa, is a hybrid treatment center. It offers a combination of day spa services and aesthetic medical center treatments. Medspa treatments are noninvasive and provided under the supervision of a licensed physician.

3. Who administers the treatments at medical spas?
Treatments that affect the living tissue are considered to be medical treatments. That means trained and experienced professionals must administer all medical treatments. Licensed Aestheticians with additional training and RN’s perform treatments. In addition, a physician oversees all treatments to ensure that the patients are safe.
4. How does the process work when visiting a medical spa
Patients will have to fill out some forms when visiting a medical spa. Then, they will be escorted to a treatment room for a consultation. During the consultation, the physician will explain the treatment and answer any questions.
5. How much downtime is needed after treatment?
Medical spas offer a variety of treatments, and each treatment has its own list of guidelines. However, most treatments do not require any downtime after the procedure. In fact, patients often can go back to work when they are done.
6. Does health insurance cover treatments at a medical spa?
Medspa treatments are elective, so insurance policies rarely cover them. However, medical spas offer a variety of payment options, including cash and credit.
7. What if the treatment is uncomfortable?
Some people are afraid of discomfort during treatment at a medical spa. Health care providers do everything they can to minimize discomfort during these noninvasive procedures. They also ask patients to let them know if they experience any discomfort.

1. Do you require consultations for lashes?
We require a consultation to receive lashes if you are not already a client. Please book a lash consultation at least one day before your lash fill
Memberships
Medical spa membership programs offer a combination of medical services and luxury pampering.
1. What membership options do you offer?
There are three tiers of memberships Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each memebership is a different price and offers different treatments.
2. Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
3. How is my membership billed?
We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.
- Notification given before 24 hours will receive no charges.
- Notification less than 24 hours we will charge 50%.
- No show we will charge 90%.
Satisfaction of services
Your satisfaction is our number #1 priority. At Allure we believe in transparency to ensure there are no surprises!
1. Do you offer refunds?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Do you offer returns?
To be eligible for your return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at info@allureskincareandlash.com and send your item to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and for funds to available in your account.
