Orders are processed and shipped from our Colorado location. Sales tax is charged to residents of Colorado only. However, shipping is free within the United States of America via USPS Priority mail.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within one business day via USPS.
We do not charge handling or any other fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact us for international shipping.
TRACKING INFORMATION: You will be notified via Email your tracking number upon shipping.
RETURN POLICY: You may return all merchandise for a full refund within 21 days of receipt, less shipping. All returns must be approved by Allure Skincare & Lash and must be accompanied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email us to obtain a RMA number prior to returning an item. Items returned without a RMA number will not be refunded.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Allure Skincare & Lash must be notified in writing within 5 business days of any item that is received damaged. A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the returned item.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: Allure Skincare & Lash is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you via E-mail with the corrected pricing information.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION: We are not responsible for and cannot provide refunds for items which are undeliverable, or for delays in delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete address information which is given at the time of ordering and/or after order has been processed.
